Delivery & Shipping

ORDERS

We provide shipping services both locally and globally. For local orders, we will ship the goods via SF Express, and the delivery fee will be collected by SF Express upon freight. For international orders, we will deliver the goods using EMS.

When the guest makes payment, the delivery method will be selected at the same time. The exact cost depends on the delivery method and the country/region you choose. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders will be delivered within 10 working days. (Except products ordered overseas)

It is not ruled out that the delivery time may be affected by festivals such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and major sales events. No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery will be delayed if Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted. We will contact you again to confirm the delivery time and location.

Please note: Starting from April 27, 2025, Hong Kong Post has suspended postal services to the United States. US orders selected for EMS delivery placed after April 25, 2025, will experience delivery delays until services resume. Please check the latest updates for more details.

While EMS service is currently unavailable to deliver to the US, UPS is now available for the US consumers as a delivery option to ensure their orders are shipped without interruption.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All goods will only be delivered upon receipt of payment, and customers will receive an email prior to delivery. You can track your shipment by following the tracking number provided in the email.
