Below, we invite you to review the Terms and Conditions which regulate the purchase of Awesomeism products via the Site. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the Site by customers. Awesomeism reserves the right to update Terms and Conditions from time to time. By submitting an order on the Site, you confirm that you accept and agree to Terms and Conditions and Conditions governing such purchases.

3.ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE

3.1 PURCHASE PROCEDURE

To make a purchase, the customer’s personal details will be required and included in our database for order processing. The personal details provided by customers will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.2 REFUSAL OF ORDER

While we will make every reasonable effort to process all the orders submitted to us, Awesomeism reserves the right to refuse your order for any reason. Additionally, Awesomeism reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations without the obligation to compensate the buyer for any losses, except for a refund of the amount received from the buyer:

in exceptional circumstances where the product appears to be unavailable or out of stock after we have sent you an order confirmation
your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
in the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the Site information;
we cannot deliver to the address provided by you;

3.3 PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY

The availability of the products is limited, and they may not be immediately available for delivery. Awesomeism reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or discontinue any or all products. If there is any revision or cessation, Awesomeism will contact you to discuss alternative products, if any, that are available. You will have the option to cancel or modify your order. If you have already made payment and your order is canceled, Awesomeism will provide an appropriate refund or credit to your account, as applicable. If there are amendments to your order resulting in a change in the purchase price, you have two options: You can either make payment for any additional amount owed to Awesomeism as per the specified payment terms outlined herein, or you may request a refund to your credit card.

3.4 IMAGES

Product images are for reference purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Additionally, due to variations in monitors, the colors of products may appear different from what is shown on the site.

3.5 RETURN POLICY

All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after the payment has been made on the Awesomeism website. Without prejudice to any other rights stated in Terms and Conditions, any order cannot be canceled after payment has been made on the Awesomeism website.

All items undergo quality control checks to ensure they are free from faults being dispatched to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Awesomeism reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1 PRICE

All prices are in HKD and exclude delivery, taxes, and tariffs. You may be required to pay directly or reimburse Awesomeism for any applicable sales, value-added, or other tax tariffs, duties, or assessments that Awesomeism is obligated to pay or collect.

Awesomeism reserves the right to change prices published on the Site at any time, including prior to accepting an order.

Awesomeism reserves the right to correct the price at any time prior to delivery in the event of a typographical or other error. You will be notified of the corrected price for the affected order. You have the option to pay the corrected price; however, if you choose not to do so, Awesomeism has the right to cancel your order without further obligation to you, except for issuing an appropriate refund or credit to your account if you have already made payment.

4.2 PAYMENT

We accept electronic payment methods such as PayPal, Visa and Master Card. According to credit card purchase protection services (such as Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code), you can use a credit card with a specific PIN or security code to make a safe and secure purchase. The credit card used for the purchase must be valid and you are the cardholder. This website reserves the right to terminate orders. We are not responsible for any credit card errors.
Your order must be paid in full upon submission of the order. If you cannot make payment, the order will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to change the payment terms of any order without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change the payment method of the online product at any time by publishing a notice through the website, E-mail and any other public communication means.
If payment is made for any order but the order is not accepted by us, you will be entitled to a credit card refund. We shall not be liable to you or any person for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by you or any other person as a result of any delay in processing the above refund.

5. DELIVERY

If you or your representative fail to take delivery of the goods at the agreed time and place of delivery, we reserve the right to charge you an additional charge.
It is your responsibility to inform us immediately of your change of location, and we reserve the right to charge you additional fees for any change of address on the way of shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any customer at our final discretion.

5.1 ORDERS

We provide shipping services both locally and globally. For local orders, we will ship the goods via SF Express, and the delivery fee will be collected by SF Express upon freight. For international orders, we will deliver the goods using EMS.

When the guest makes payment, the delivery method will be selected at the same time. The exact cost depends on the delivery method and the country/region you choose. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

5.2 DELIVERY TIME

All orders will be delivered within 10 working days. (Except products ordered overseas)

It is not ruled out that the delivery time may be affected by festivals such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and major sales events. No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery will be delayed if Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted. We will contact you again to confirm the delivery time and location.

5.3 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All goods will only be delivered upon receipt of payment, and customers will receive an email prior to delivery. You can track your shipment by following the tracking number provided in the email.

6. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Awesomeism reserves the right to modify, discontinue or disable the Site or any part of the Site at any time, either on a permanent or temporary basis.

Without prejudice to the generality of the above clause, Awesomeism does not make any representation or warranty:

This will not limit any claim you may have against the product manufacturer under consumer protection laws.
